A policy is a source, not a security audit.

Source review

We read public EroLove privacy and terms documents, checked 5 November 2026. We name those sources in plain text without directing traffic to the provider. For general law or regulator concepts we use current primary authorities and make no jurisdiction-specific compliance finding without evidence.

Language

“The policy says” means a documented claim. “We observed” would require a recorded observation; none is claimed in this initial publication. We do not invent authorship, screenshots, user stories, breaches, regulatory violations or a specific processor list.

Updates

Before each scheduled note publishes, review the relevant current primary documents. Correct a material change, review the final text, and keep its true checked date. Future drafts remain private until their separate editorial and timing gates pass.
