A map for intimate AI chat
An EroLove privacy choice starts before an intimate conversation. Its own policy describes third-party AI processors, sensitive memories, selected character images that may become public, and deletion limits. Those distinctions deserve more space than a comfort sentence in a sign-up flow.
Independent criticism · No affiliation · Public-document analysis, not a system audit or personal account experience.
This is a simplified map from the public privacy policy reviewed 5 November 2026. It shows documented data retention paths and exceptions, not a packet trace or independent verification of the company's systems.
A companion chat may reveal sexual preferences, orientation, real names or other sensitive details. Entering less is a genuine privacy choice.
The public policy says conversations and memory are kept while the account is active and can be viewed, corrected, exported or deleted.
Relevant conversation content is sent to third-party AI processors for replies, images and voice. The policy says email and identity are not sent for that task.
The team may select generated character images for showcases, third-party listings and promotion without linking them to your account.
The policy says personal data is deleted within 30 days after account deletion, with limited billing records, tax records, fraud prevention and legal exceptions; an already published image copy remains.
The weak assumption is that an intimate chat is “just between us.” The policy describes more than a two-party conversation. That is enough reason to minimize what you share, even though it is not evidence of a leak, sale or wrongdoing.
No privacy setting can undo a disclosure you never needed to make. These steps work before, during and after a companion conversation.
Use an alias, withhold real names, addresses, employers and other people’s intimate information. Data minimization begins before a privacy setting; the AI can still be useful without your biography.
Read the generated-image clause. The policy says selected fictional-character images can be reused publicly without identifying you. Decide whether that is acceptable.
Check whether you want your chat history and account to remain active. Purchased Sparks disappear when an account is deleted under the terms.
Request a data export of what you need, then delete content and account through the described controls. Record the request date and distinguish account records from public copies.
They are not evidence of misconduct. They are the written tradeoffs a reader should know before using an adult AI companion.
Consequence: avoid unnecessary identifying or third-party information. The policy says email and identity are not sent for that processing.
Consequence: an image generated in a private chat may later appear without a link to you. Previously public copies remain after account deletion.
Consequence: export and delete deliberately, and understand that limited billing or legal records may remain.
Consequence: read the exact rights clause before treating an image as something you alone control.
Our notes add practical checklists and data diagrams to the public policy. They do not claim internal access, penetration testing or a firsthand account review.
These answers distinguish the company's documented statements from anything we have independently observed.
The privacy policy says chats are private to your account and not sold for advertising. It also states relevant content goes to third-party model processors. “Private” is therefore not the same as “never processed elsewhere.”
The policy says the service chooses providers under terms prohibiting training where such terms are available. That wording is conditional; ask for a current processor list if it matters to you.
The policy says its team may select some images of its fictional characters for showcases, listings and promotion, without linking them to a user's identity or conversation.
The policy explicitly says a previously published copy is not part of the account export and stays published after chat or account deletion.
The published policy says personal data is deleted within 30 days after account deletion, except limited billing, tax, fraud-prevention or legal records. Backups rotate within 30 days.
The policy describes viewing, correcting, pinning, deleting and exporting conversation memory from an in-product “Our story” screen. We have not tested those controls.
A guest account may have no email at first, but the policy also describes an IP address in technical logs, browser local storage and saved memory. Guest entry should not be treated as anonymity.
Its published policy says no. We have no independent audit of its internal systems and do not assert a contrary fact.
The policy identifies US hosting and possible model processing outside the EU/EEA, with stated contractual safeguards. We have not verified processor locations.
The service says it is adults only and describes an age-check provider where UK law requires one. We have not tested the gate or made a legal compliance finding.
The policy describes a browser query-parameter opt-out for its own usage statistics and conditional Google Analytics after cookie acceptance. Check current controls before relying on them.
Do not provide passwords, financial identifiers, addresses, other people’s private information or details that you would not want retained or processed by a model provider.
